30th Anniversary Celebration Ooni Pizza Oven Giveaway
(“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Mountain Valley Bank (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
- Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are at least nineteen (19) years of age at the time of entry. No purchase, payment, or banking relationship with Mountain Valley Bank is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. - Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 5th, 2026 and ends Friday, October 9th, 2026 at 5pm. All entries must be received during this window to be eligible. - How to Enter
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes as described in the promotional materials. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or received after the entry deadline may be disqualified.
3A. Privacy and Information Use
Personal information collected during entry (name and phone number) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and notifying the winners. It will not be sold, shared, or used for future marketing or telemarketing purposes by Mountain Valley Bank. - Prize Drawing
A random drawing will be conducted on Friday, October 9th, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. - Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
• 1 Ooni Pizza Oven with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $268.00
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $268.00.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary - Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners will be instructed on how to claim their prize and may pick up their prize at a Mountain Valley Bank branch location designated by the Sponsor. - Response Deadline
Potential winners must respond to the Sponsor within five (5) business days of the Sponsor’s initial notification attempt. - Forfeiture and Alternate Winner Selection
If a potential winner:
• Cannot be reached;
• Fails to respond within five (5) business days;
• Refuses or declines the prize; or
• Is determined to be ineligible;
the prize shall be forfeited, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. - Publicity Release & Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name and hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further payment. By entering, participants release Mountain Valley Bank from any liability or injury resulting from participation or the use of any prize. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
