QuickBooks and Quicken Changes

As Citywide Banks completes its system conversion to Mountain Valley Bank, you will need to modify your QuickBooks and Quicken settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Please review the below documentation based on your computers operating system and follow the instructions exactly as described and in the order presented. If you do not, your online banking connectivity may stop functioning properly.

Welcome to NetTeller Online Banking! You will have access to many exciting features like Person2Person Payments, iPay Bill Pay, Digital Wallet and Account Alerts, just to name a few. 

After Friday, May 17, 2019, you will NOT be ablet to use your Citywide Banks Online Banking. You will start using your NEW Mountain Valley Bank NetBanking account to access your accounts online on Monday, May 20, 2019. If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking, you will automatically be enrolled in NetBanking. 

Please use the below instructions to ensure you are ready to go on May 20, 2019.
